This is a free application (available through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store) that helps individuals struggling with depression or anxiety. Moodpath is based on the concept of cognitive behavioural therapy and was developed with experienced therapists and doctors. This is a user friendly, easy to use app where you can track your emotions throughout the day. The app does daily mood check-ins and uses your answers to produce a biweekly assessment of your mental health. Based on their assessment of your mental health, they provide additional readings/information resources to help manage your situation.
